Special Birthday Present for Rita Ora
Earlier last week the music star and UK Xfactor Judge - Rita Ora turned 25, she was presented with a nice white fluffy cake on Xtra Factor last night, Sunday 29th November, 2015. The Xfactor judge squealed with delight as a Stripper delivered the birthday cake during the show.

The SugarBelly VS Mustapha Audu Saga. Rape comes in many forms
The past 1 week has been an intriguing one in the Nigerian twitter-sphere featuring a lady named Lotana (please note - she publicly mentioned and acknowledged her name) a.k.a Empress Sugabelly. The well written and articulate way in which she detailed the horrific experience she alleged to have had in the hands of Mustapha Audu, who was meant to have been a boyfriend - at first, turned out to be a turn around of some sort of Stockholm Syndrome for Sugabelly.

Let's push and put a stop to Rape- whatever shape or form it may come. To read more on this issue, HERE is a direct link to Sugabelly's blog where she put all the details of her experience over a 6 month period , of which she has and is still suffering from after over 8 years. The accused is of course denying, but in my opinion, his public response so far has been extremely weak and shows that he may be actually guilty.
Some kind soul have kicked off a petition on change.org and gathered over 800 sign-off under 24 hours. Click HERE to join the awareness against rape and justice for Sugabelly. She is grateful to everyone that has risen to believe her story.
Sugabelly currently resides in the United States of America.

According to Mirror online, women in Greece are selling sex for as little at 2euros while others do it just for a cheese pie or snadwich because they are hungry. Report Aurthor, Greogty Lazos of Panteion University in Athens said there are now an estimated 18,500 sex workers in Greece.

Any tips for first time sex?
According to sex advice expert Ian Kerner, as seen on cosmopolitan online magazine, he laid out 10 commandments that should be followed for first-time sex ever or with a new guy.
1. Safety First. Ensure he's wearing a condom (even if you're on a pill) and talk about your respective sexual histories (if any).
2. Don't have too -high expectations. Sex generally improves as you get to know someone and become more comfortable with each other's bodies.
3. Breathe. First time sex can be tense and nerve-wracking, not to mention painful sometimes. Relax and let go.
4. Don't forget to enjoy foreplay. All the stuff that leads up to intercourse - kissing, touching, oral sex - is part of the sexual experience, not just penetration.
5. Ensure you're amply aroused before intercourse. Not only do you want to be genuinely turned on, you want to be sufficiently lubricated.
6. Speak up. Let him know what feels good and what doesn't.
7. Don't assume he's the expert. He may be getting a lot of his information about sex fro porn and the tall tales of his buddies in the locker room. If he's experienced, every sexual encounter is unique.
8. Don't expect to have an orgasm. It's great if you do - but most women don't climax the first few times with a new guy.
9. Don't fake it. If you do, you'll be cheating on yourself. Letting him know will keep him motivated.

According to Men's fitness magazine, it's no fun (and embarrassing for you) when it all ends pretty quickly. Top sexologists gave insights into 8 secret for having longer, better sex.
1. Study the Kama Sutra. There's a technique in the Kama Sutra for delaying ejaculation that basically comes down to training yourself.
2. Get out of your head. 'Performance anxiety is the number 1 killer of sustaining erection'. Shift your thinking into a more confident inner voice, as opposed to a worried voice.
3. Change things up. The best thing to do if you're close to the edge? Alter your speed. Try teasing her.
4. Slow down. Instead of the fast-paced jack-hammering style many men are so fond of, try taking your time.
5. Try a different kind of exercise. It's suggested that exercising the PC muscles, the ones that stretch from the anus to the unrinary sphincter helps. Daily PC muscle reps helps a guy to literally pump himself up. Squeezing those muscles triggers good blood flow to the penis, which in turn leads to mental confidence.
6. Practise the 7 & 9 method. Similar to Kama Sutra ( menthioned in 1 above), the 7 and 9 methods comes highly recommended. it's 7 fast in/out strokes, followed by 9 slow in/out strokes. This method is good for guys who don't last quite as long as their partner needs.
7. Don't go too deep. Alternating between shallow and deep thrusts can make you last longer and will make the experience more fun.

Chantel (not her real name), is an upwardly mobile fashion critic, so sh's always on the go and can atimes be the 'in your face' type of lady, however, once you get to know her, she's a complete sweet heart and her intelligence is on point.
In her words 'As an art critic, people tend not to take me seriously, they always infer - who is she to criticize my work'? Does she know the effort i put into my creativity? I tell them,'if you're as good as you think you are, what's there to fear'?

Lolade's corner: Singles' this one is for you!
In certain parts of the world, the stigmatization attached to singles, be it single parenthood, divorced, widowed or never-been-married can be a tad frightening.
Who are those that actually fall into the category of single-doom? The legal age in most countries to get married is 18 years of age - that is, the age in which an individual can be termed as full-grown adult and should be able to take responsibilities for himself/herself - alas this is actually really works only the western world - not so much in the rest of the universe.
In some societies, once a female child starts to experience her monthly period, she has invariably attained adulthood and age of consent.....if you ask me, this is totally absurd.
In some societies, 20 to 25 years of age is an agreeable age of adulthood for a female. Regardless of whether the girl has just started her period or she is around 25 years of age, the society expects her to start courting /dating and bring home a suitor.
Notice that i have only mentioned the female child so far. A man might not be considered 'single' by the society until he reaches the age of 40!
Singlehood can be classified into those who have reached the acceptable marriageable age according to the society and environment in which they live, another group are those who have long passed the acceptable age yet not married. As i mentioned earlier, there are also the single mothers, divorced and widowed.
Being single should be enjoyed by whoever is in such a stage , after-all, you have freedom/liberty to do various things such as: self improvement, learning new language,travel the world - where you'll actually meet so many new people and grow as an individual.
Interestingly, not everyone can survive being single - especially men. Men don't find it fun being single because they need the opposite sex to lighten up their lives!
The stigmatization labelled on singles for being'single' is a bit overrated and hypocritical. I can tell you for a fact, that being married is not a bed of roses and requires work from both parties. If your spouse doesn't know how the 'roses' smell, then trouble looms. Quite a lot of my married friends confined in me that they really wished they were single - this shows that quite a number of marriages have several thorns in their 'roses'!
Marriage comes with it's own status, afterall, the MRS title is something a few girls are willing to break up other people's marriages for, but then, if you're not with your God-given spouse, you'll wish you had never entered into it.
These days, the men are so unwilling to add their names to someone else's own, for them it's much more cheaper to have a lot of baby mamas', pay for child support and skip live's responsibilities.
Take a bold step and enjoy your single live, and you'ld find love sometimes at the most unusual times and unusual place.

Lolade's Corner: Office Romance
Finding Love in the office isn't something one sets out to find, but when / if it happens, there's no escaping of one feels.
Office romance is mostly perceived as a semi-taboo, its almost like eating a forbidden fruit. You want to give it a go, but unsure of how colleagues and bosses will react to it. You wonder if your colleagues will think you're taking the 'meeky' and as we know , office gossip is always juicy.
If you're married and looking to have an affair- with a colleague, your 'ass is grass' when the wrath of the gossip-mongers descends on you. If you're single and the person of interest is as well.....oh by all means ..who cares what the gossip-mongers think ....... oophhh?
Let's face it, affairs can't be kept a secret for too long, its best you come out clean and the gossip-mongers will be laid to rest. If it leads to the alter or other forms of happy ever after, great! if it doesn't, you move on! my 2 cents

Babe or Bitch? This is a recurring issue amongst men, when they are either dating or decide to settle down.
'Bitch' - the Baaaaddd girl, the one that knows how to have good fun whenever, however. By the way- it all depends on what you define/classify as 'bitch'. This 'bitch' is the one that's fun to be with, after-all, life is meant to be lived to the fullest. More often than not, she's the go-getter, otherwise- how else would she have been able to achieve her drive to live live to a hilt....oh yes...she doesn't suffer fools at all.
'Babe' - Your typical 'take home to mama' kind of girl. she's the sweet, proper one. the one whose diction is near perfection and her life priorities are a given. Great dress sense, proper etiquette on all fronts and has the perfect job. This one right here is the one you long to take home to mama! Yes?
Lets's face it - the 'Bitch'(a.k.a bad girl) is immesely fun to be with - life is a roller coaster with her, while 'Babe' (the good angel), though not super fun to be with , seem to tick all the boxes you want in a woman - except the slightly boring times.
So here's the question, which of these 2 will rock your boat?
