Lasting Longer in Bed: 7 Tips For Women by Ivy BV

The article on Lasting Longer in Bed - 8 quick tips for men has been popularly read since we posted in November 2015.  If you missed it, HERE it is again for a quick read through.  

An important IvyTrotterChick Blog Visitior (Ivy BV) decided to give some tips on women.  We thought it's worth sharing as a post on it's own.

Here are some thoughts and tips for women in helping their man last longer in bed.

1. If your partner is having trouble lasting longer in bed, the best thing you can do is support him in a loving way. He will probably already feel bad, so do your best to make him feel better and that it does happen sometimes. Even better if he is able to talk to you about it and let you help out in several ways I list below. Most of all ladies do not blame yourself, you can help but it is not your fault.

2. What is your goal in intercourse? If it is mutual orgasm for example than you can help out by making sure he knows what pleases you, when you are getting close, etc. This is where you can really help, but you need to know your own body. If not, then explore with your partner, before intercourse. 

3. Get to know your man. While I see on TV and the internet how important it is for a man to know a woman's anatomy, I feel the same is true for women. Learn to give your man oral or manual stimulation and learn what turns him on. Watch him when he is getting close, and when he orgasms, all of those signs will be present during intercourse. But not just his penis, look at areas on his whole body and what turns him on.
Example: Firm pressure and up and down movement of a woman's hand on my penis will cause me to eventually orgasm. Not all guys are the same, but this is probably true for most men. So when they enter the woman for the first time she is naturally tight (the firm pressure) and begin thrusting (the same as the up and down movement) they are set up to orgasm fairly quickly. 

4. Once you learn what turns your man on, then you can use that knowledge to help him last longer. If he really enjoys your breasts, keep them in your lingerie until you are ready for him to orgasm. Regarding 3 above, have him enter you only after you are very wet, and you will not be as tight. Move your hips and do some side to side thrusting while he is deep inside. In this way there is less in/out movement so he will last longer. 

5. Positions. Explore different positions and you may find ones that he lasts longer than others. For me the doggie position is one I don't last too long at, so I avoid it until near the end of our play. The cowgirl position is great for the woman because she can be on top, control the thrusting, like side to side movement or grinding that I mentioned above. Also she can grab her man's balls and lightly pull them away from his body to help him last longer.

6. Maybe consider starting off with oral to orgasm. His 2nd orgasm will take much longer and cause him to last longer. Or have him give you an oral orgasm and then when he enters you, he is mind is at ease that the goal then is not mutual orgasm just his orgasm and you can use techniques above to help him last longer. 

7. Most of all communication is important. If you can talk about things it is much easier. There are so many things that he can do like cock rings and condoms that help but would be nice to have your approval and smile. It is all about pleasing someone you truly care for in the bedroom. It leads to some deep bonding I feel.

Zayn Malik and Gigi Moving Too Fast??

Are Zayn Malik and Gigi Hadid - both popularly referred to as Zigi moving in together? According to US Media Tabloids, the couple could both be taken to the next level.  The new couple sparked speculations they could be moving in together after they were spotted hunting for apartments in New York on Monday afternoon.

Malik and Hadid stirred rumors they are ready to live under the same roof even after only a few months of dating.  According to reports, the pair were photographed visiting apartments that were available for rent along SoHo area.

Before the rumour mill gets into overdrive, a source told E!News that Malik and Hadid are not moving in together.  The source claimed they were just simply looking around for apartments and nothing more.  

The new couple have been open about their relationship since they were spotted holding hands while leaving a posh club in Los Angeles last year in December.  They continue to confirm their romance through their respective instagram accounts.

Zigi first grabbed the dating headlines when they were spotted hanging out several times in November at The Nice Guy in West Hollywood.  Malik was previously engaged to Little Mix singer - Perrie Edwards, and Hadid was in a relationship with Joe Jonas.

City boss 'in sex attacks like Wolf of Wall Street'

 As seen in the Metro Newspaper London, A City boss molested a string of women, with one victim comparing the atmosphere to the film The Wolf Of Wall Street, a court heard yesterday.

Anthony Constantinou is accused of groping three women during  after work drinks between October 2014 and February 2015.

He is alleged to have stuck his tongue into one woman's mouth after remarking to colleagues that she had a 'cracking arse and t***.

The woman said Constantinou pinned her against aparyition and assaulted her in a 'disgusting' manner on February 20 last year, prosecutor Eloise Marshall told the Old Bailey.

Earlier that day, he is said to have thrown her mobile phone against a wall saying: 'Don't answer phones in my meeting.'  The woman said she felt she had been treated like 'a piece of meat' and compared the atmosphere at the Henron Tower office in London to that of leonardo DiCaprio film - The Wolf Of Wall Street.

She left the offices immediately and never returned, said Ms Marshall.  Constantinou, 34, is accused of following another complainant into the toilets, grabbing her face and kissing her.  The court heard he took  the woman into the stock room and sexually assaulted her.
She reported Constantinou, chief executive of corporate business and solutions company CWM, to police.

A third complainant told police the defendant dragged her into a room at the office and kissed her until she pushed him off and left.  At the time, she 'shrugged it off' but later that evening at a nearby bar, she claimed he then squeeze her bottom.
Constantinou, from Barnet , North London, denies six counts of sexual assault.

The trial continues.

Assault on Women in Germany by Arabs and North Africans ????

German police are hunting for a group of up to a 1,000 men 'of Arab and North African origin' who are accused of sexually assaulting numerous women and causing trouble at Cologne's main station.

Police described the series of sexual assaults against women in Cologne on New Year's Eve as 'a completely new dimension of crime.'

Officers received numerous complaints from women who said they had been assaulted around Cologne's main train station next to the western German city's famous cathedral on the night from Thursday to Friday. Click HERE for more

In what has been dubbed as the 'rudest' Come Dine With Me ever, one of the contestant couldn't take being a loser lightly.

Come Dine With Me is a TV program where 4 or 5 strangers come together to entertain one another through their love of food by hosting 3 course meal dinner. A very interesting program, has had it's fair share of hilarious, heated and cringeworthy moments but none like the one that took place on Monday night show.

Host Peter, who had failed to get on with any of his fellow contestant  made sure he made an enemy out of Jane - who won the 1000GBP prize.  Peter launched an almighty tirade at Jane before throwing the other three of the diners out of his house.

Miley & Liam ......Back together for real?

Seems like Pop -wild- tweaker is back with her ex-fiance.

For months there's been speculations about a romantic reunion between the two.

According to TMZ, sources in their inner circle mentioned that they weren't surprised to see the exes hanging out together in Australia this weekend, but they've back in each other's lives since Fall.
TMZ further states that the two lovebirds have been in constant communication - texting and FaceTiming and that they never really stopped loving each other despite the break-up.

According to E! online, the singer is back in L.A. and she wouldn't stop gushing about the hot actor and the time they spent together in Australia

It's a Love Story - Desmond Tutu's daughter ties the knot with her fiancee

We love weddings!!!! Archbishop Desmond Tutu's daughter, Rev . Mpho Tutu marries her fiancee Marceline Furth in a civil union in a private ceremony in the Netherlands on New Year's day.

Furth is a professor in pediatric infectious diseases at the Vrije University in Amsterdam.  This is the second marriage for both Tutu and Furth.
